Tasting Notes
Purple color, with an aroma of ripe fruit and a pleasant hint of mint. In the mouth, it becomes dense and robust, with a great dimension and persistence.

Vinification and Aging
Segmented fermentation by varietal with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by a partial 12 month aging in barrels of various origins.
